Bahari FM is a coastal region radio station broadcasting in Kiswahili cha Kijomba which is the coastal Swahili and occasional Taita, Giriama, Digo and a touch of the other Mijikenda languages. The name “Bahari” is derived from the Kiswahili term for ocean, symbolizing a strong connection to the coastal people. The station’s tagline, ‘Nuru ya Roho,’ embodies its mission to bring enlightenment and inspiration to its listeners. It also offers content that reflects the coastal culture, while also addressing the interests and aspirations of its audience.

The station is received in Mombasa, South Coast – Kwale, Ukunda, North Coast Mtwapa, Kilifi, Malindi and the surrounding areas on 90.4 FM and 106.0 FM.
