This is a 2 hour Inspirational Lunch hour show of praise and worship and on Friday there are intercessory prayers between 2pm-3pm for the listener. The prayers are led by the presenters or an ordained pastor. The show has news bulletin at 1pm and news briefs at 2pm & 3pm.
