Lipala is a purely traditional show that blends Isukuti kind of music which signifies the Luhya culture.
Lipala is reach in Luhya traditions from across all the Luhya dialects.

The show runs for 3 hours cuts across the audience both young and old because of its educative aspect of the Luhya culture which is transmitted from the old to the young generation.

The choice of music symbolizes the love of the Isukuti instrument and other traditional instruments that are always always visible in many functions in the Luhya land.

This is the main segment on the show that seeks to answer questions about our culture.
This is a pre-recorded interview with elders from different Luhya dialects who answer to questions pertaining culture from various Luhya sub tribes.

The segment gives an insight on specific traditions and the audience is given a chance to react on the same with questions which are answered in the next show.

LIPALA
This is the entertainment bit of the program. Music is played while the audience is given an opportunity to send shootouts via SMSs, Facebook, twitter and via Whatsapp
