Kinanda kya Umau translates to “Grandfather’s vinyl player” whereby the show basically majors on Swahili Zilizopendwa music, Lingala, and country music.

This is mostly music that’s rear to hear every other day.

The show brings together all lover of the Swahili and Congolese golden oldies, being on a weekend afternoon when people are relaxing at their homes, at recreational places or on the road travelling.
