This is the hour that we give our listener spiritual nourishment through un-interrupted Top kalenjin gospel music.
Cookery (12.30pm): We take the listener through different simple recipies everyday on how they prepare sumptuous meals at home.
Lunch Poa: This a relaxing mood segment, where we continue with gospel music with minimal interactions, upto 2pm.
